George County sits far enough inland that the failures look different from the coast. Salt is less of a factor here. What we deal with instead is timber, this is pine country, and mature trees standing close to houses are the single biggest roofing risk in the county.

Tornado and straight-line wind damage. Inland Mississippi takes spin-up tornadoes and derecho winds that coastal counties see less often. That damage is usually concentrated rather than spread across the whole roof, which matters when you are dealing with an adjuster.
